What is Embedded Systems?(MEANING IN SIMPLE WAY )

System : (input + processing + output)

• system is a working on program, plan and rules. 
• In a system each arrangement and each units depends upon one and another.

example : Air conditioner, Washing machines, etc.

Embedded Systems : (attached with large systems)

• In this diagram that is attached with large system means it is a sub part of large system.
• It is a designed for a particular task.

Embedded System

1. Sensor detect the input 
2. In this diagram OS send commands(motor ON or OFF) to the processor or controller
3. Output of motor depend upon commands.          

• It is a combination of hardware and software.

Hardware : Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical components.

Software  : Assembly language, Embedded C, C++, Linux

                  Scripting : Shell Scripting, Python, Perl.

Real - Time Operating system(RTOS) : The task has to be completed in a given time.              

• An embedded system is a microcontroller or microprocessor based system which designed for particular task.  

Example : Mobile phone, Digital camera, ATM machine,

                 Printer, Video game console, Avionics system,

                  Smart/Digital Clock, etc.
